Licensed Educational Psychologist

I am the director and owner of the El Paseo Children’s Center for Psychological & Educational Assessment. I specialize in conducting Psychological-Educational assessments for individuals from the ages of 2 through adulthood. These tests determine strengths and weaknesses, and discover indicators that point to the modalities that can be used to alleviate problem areas. I personally conduct these tests, providing a conclusion and diagnosis (i.e. Learning Disability, ADHD, Processing Deficit, Dyslexia, etc...), ultimately providing a plan including the helpful tools and resources to assist them on their road to success. Over the past ten years, I have assisted numerous individuals on their path to learning.

Director of Academic Affairs

Courtney Lancaster is a Coachella Valley native with a passion for helping students reach their full academic potential. She has a professional background in tutoring and management as well as experience with academic advising and mentoring. She was raised locally in both public and private schools. That, combined with her experience as the Center Director of the Tutoring Club in La Quinta, has made her familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of our school systems and the problems students face today. She is committed to connecting struggling students and parents with the help they need to ensure future academic success. Courtney lives in Indio with her husband, James, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Administrative Director - Key Support Associate

Program development and implementation - assures the development, implementation and monitoring of programs, strategic and annual plans.

• Fundraising - supervises annual calendar such as advertising, fundraising and funding reports
• Administrative oversight - ensures organizational and program compliance with law and established policies and procedures.
• Community and public relations - assures the organization and its mission is consistently presented in strong, positive images to the public.
